I’ve rewritten MidnamParser to use only CoreFoundation function calls so it’ll be cleaner to wrap it both in Python and Objective C in the future. It was quite tedious to do all the deallocation correctly for collections being constructed when errors are encountered in the middle of a routine. This of course isn’t a strength of C (or even Objective C). Anyway the new version is now done.
I’ll be taking some time off to enjoy the holidays. So I’ll write again after the New Year. Happy Holidays, everyone!
